We want to give you a few tips on dealing with employees. To find a good one, make sure you’re putting out a detailed ad, go through their references and take them on the field with you. 

Make sure you have an employee handbook, provide uniforms, set expectations and talk about salary/commission. 

setup a probationary period to make sure they have a chance to receive the training from you and prove they are worth keeping around. 

try to motivate them with future raises, prize/rewards, give them quotas to meet and watch them exceed!
