How much oil is needed for a Sutorbilt blower on your truckmount?
Like the Roots URAI series, the Sutorbilt series utilizes grease on the drive end and oil on the gear end. Please note, the amounts listed in your manual and on this website are an approximate amount of oil to have on hand for the oil change. When adding oil to your blower, the correct oil level in the oil sump is determined strictly by using the oil sight glass or oil level plug. Make sure you use these indicators so you do not overfill the unit!
